We’re delighted to bring back two empowering Let’s Live Well Lounge sessions this November — supporting women to feel informed, confident and connected through every stage of menopause.

Monday 10th November, 12:30–1:30 pm

Menopause Café – Open Conversation & Expert Insights

Join us for a relaxed, supportive space to share experiences and ask questions.

With special guests:

Dr Jessica Piasecki – Athlete and Researcher, discussing common symptoms and wellbeing strategies

Harlene Kithoray – Senior Pharmacist, offering advice on HRT, symptom management and treatment options

 Living Well Through Menopause – Health & Wellbeing Workshop

Led by Dr Meg Pryor, Community GP and Lifestyle Medicine Specialist.

Discover lifestyle changes that ease symptoms, boost energy and mood, and support long-term health through movement, nutrition and relaxation.

If you’ve previously attended our Menopause Café, this next session builds beautifully on what you’ve learned — focusing on lifestyle and self-care. And if you’re new, you’re in for a treat! Rushcliffe is lucky to have such inspiring experts and support available.
