Saturday Menopause Café sessions

Posted on:

Introduced in response to feedback from working-age women who told us that weekday sessions are difficult to attend.

These workshops provide a friendly, supportive and non-judgemental space to explore menopause and perimenopause, with trusted, evidence-based guidance that participants can use in everyday life.

The sessions will be led by:

  • Harlene- Senior Pharmacist
  • Dr Meg Pryor- Community GP & Lifestyle Medicine Specialist

Together, they will cover:

  • Manage symptoms safely
  • Medication options, including HRT
  • Sleep, stress, mood, movement and lifestyle support
  • Practical advice and signposting

These sessions are designed to be informative but relaxed, allowing time for discussion, questions and shared experiences.
