2. Wait to receive your login details. You do not need to contact reception. (Our team may contact you to verify your ID before you receive these) 

3. Log on using your username and temporary password to access your online account.

If you have forgotten your password or have been locked out of your SystmOnline account, please complete this form.

We may contact you to verify your identity if you need your password resetting due to the confidential information your account may contain.

If you register to use the SystmOnline service, you will be able to:

• Request your medication (repeat medication or a custom request for medication you have had in the past year).
• Book GP appointments at the branch of your choice.
• View a summary of your record.
• Take part in online questionnaires.
• No long waiting times on the phone.
• You wont have to visit the surgery to put in a medication request.
• You can use this service from any computer, phone or tablet that has internet access.
• This service is available even when the surgery is closed.
