Receptionist / Administrator

We are looking to recruit 2 part time friendly receptionists for our reception team at Village Health Group.

Experience is desired but not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate

The key role will be to help patients at the reception desk and promptly answer the telephone, to book appointments, deal with queries and take clear messages for other colleagues working at the practice.

Confidentiality is essential in this role.

 

Post One

Monday 08:00-18:30 (lunch 1-2pm) East Leake Surgery

Tuesday 08:00-18:30 (lunch 1-2pm) Keyworth Surgery

Total 19 hours

Post Two

Wednesday 08:00-14:00 Keyworth

Thursday 08:00-17:30 (1 hour lunch, tbc) Keyworth Surgery

Friday 08:00-18:30 (lunch 1-2pm) East Leake Surgery

Total 24 hours

 

You will be required to cover staff holidays, sickness and busy periods so flexibility is essential along with the ability to work across our 4 sites if needed to ensure adequate staffing levels

Experienced Qualified Dispenser Vacancy

We are currently looking for an Experienced Qualified Dispenser to work in our Dispensary Team.

The role will be based mainly at our Keyworth branch, but the successful candidate will be required to do some sessions at our Sutton Bonnington branch also.

The role will be 25 – 30 hours per week.

The successful candidate must be able to work between the hours of 8am and 6.30 pm Monday to Friday.

Salary Negotiable depending on experience.

Patient Participation Group Applications Available

This volunatary role is aimed at any of our patients who would like to have regular input about the way the surgery operates day to day.

The group currently holds virtual meetings regularly to discuss important topics and give the surgery advice and views from a patient standpoint to help better the service for other patients.
